CJAM Consulting is thanked by Commissioner at Mount Vernon Mayor's unveiling of its "first Arts, Culture & Heritage Master Plan" for spearheading an "incentive community input process” to develop the recommendations for the plan. The plan is considered a "blueprint" for Mount Vernon's economic revitalization.

The Apollo Theater in Harlem will expand into the Apollo Performing Arts Center into two new spaces as part of the Victoria Theater's redevelopment.

The "groundblessing” ceremony with actor Denzel Washington for the new construction and restoration of the August Wilson House in Pittsburgh's Hill District took place on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018.  CJAM Consulting partnered with the Daisy Wilson Artist Community Inc. to create a program and business plan for the project and celebrates the "manifestation of authenticity and representation of Black America".
