For predetermined periods, CJAM team members fulfills staff functions and provides leadership direction as staff take on new or expanded roles.

Leading programs and operations, board engagement, and ongoing connections with stakeholders through executive transition.
Programs and Operations Management
Fulfilling interim program, marketing, operations, or community development roles and/or guiding new staff in transitioning into these key roles.
Funder Liaison
Representing leadership to funding institutions and key donors, through funder reporting, summary briefings, and donor events.
FAQs
We recommend filling roles for up to 6 months. In special instances, we will consider longer assignments. Roles can be part-time or full time.
We recommend that CJAM be listed as “consultant” with the name of the role listed first. For example: “marketing consultant” or “executive management consultant”. In this way, stakeholders and partners understand the role CJAM plays as an invested short-term organizational partner.
