Capital projects do not have to be fully funded before CJAM is brought in. We meet with clients to understand what funds are in place to begin predevelopment work, and partner with the fundraising team to match the project goals with fundraising targets.
CJAM partners with clients to develop a roadmap for the capital project ideas and sequencing of the key predevelopment elements to help you get started.
