• Review, monitoring and reporting of equitable and accessible community-centered programs and services
• Review and analysis of Minority/Women/Local Workforce reporting 
Through its multi-billion-dollar Manhattanville Development Project, Columbia University is transforming a 13-acre site in Upper Manhattan over a 25-year period with the creation of a dynamic new academic and scientific research campus centered in west Harlem. Hand-in-hand with the development, the University has structured a complex set of commitments to the local community it impacts that include a wide range of economic, educational and cultural benefits for local residents, businesses and institutions. 
CJAM Consulting works with Landair, Inc. on behalf of Empire State Development to provide compliance monitoring and reporting services for two key initiatives:
1) Delivery of a set of 31 civic benefits designed to provide equitable and inclusive educational, employment, health, cultural and recreational amenities for community residents.
2) Assessment of Columbias performance stated goal to engage and deploy a diverse and representative workforce during the life of the project. CJAMs co-directs the review of Columbias and its contractors minority, women, and local contracting and workforce efforts.
